OMG It’s 11:50 PM and I stumbled on your blog from an Acme Smoked Fish link. Not only do I miss going to the factory now that I live in Florida, but your description and photos of you blini are making me weep from hunger and nostalgia. My son is a childhood friend of their GM and I’m gonna have to him him up for a care package.
