Hi there, Albert & his wonderful cooking kept me eating properly while I worked a busy design contractor in Toronto for over 12 years :) My business oartner & I lived only a few blocks from the store front, and with our often irregular hours, the curries, jerk and other house specialties were always welcome. In the summer, Albert ued to have a sugar cne crushing machine to dole out refreshing cups of green tinged juice, with a hand of ginger in it for the aadventurous. Absolutely the perfect foil to a hot creamy curry on a hot summer's day. I live over 2 hours away now, but still visit Albert's wheneve I get the chance )

Jerk chicken is one of my favorites; what an amazing blend of spices and the ones who know what they're doing keep it so moist and perfectly cooked. Thanks so much for sharing -- Toronto is truly delicious!
