I love oxacan tamales. The one's pictured look sooo moist, that is when they are really good. I love the one's wrapped in banana leaves. You know what is curious, the lack of tamales in NYC, Booklyn, A lot of tacos, but no tamales. After reading your post, I have a strong craving for about a dozen or so...
